An 8 week therapeutic group for school-age children experiencing difficulty with change and transition.  Children who attend group may be struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional and behavioural difficulties due to moving to a new school, home, grade or dealing with separation and divorce or a loss of a loved one or pet.  Kid's will add to their TOOL KIT'S and learn about mindfullness, coping strategies, cognitive-behavioural techniques and increase emotional aptitude.
