Sometimes there really isn’t the right word to sum up how you feel. Sometimes a howl, a shriek or a gasp does the trick. Expressions come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes we fall into the trap of prioritizing words over other means of communicating. Tone, body language, and sounds (they don’t have to be real words) add up to a whole lot.
